Flowers, Fruit and Fun

It’s been some time since I’ve served an #ootd on my blog, so today I put together a “two for the price of one” for my lovely readers.

It’s Summer-time, freshen up your wardrobe with loud and colorful prints! Although I can appreciate a good monochromatic look, I knew I had to give the (head-to-toe) patterned trend a go. Below is my interpretation of that.

Tulle is the perfect material for all seasons. Bonnie’s sheer top can be paired with a camisole and jeans. Below is how she styled the fun “going out top.”

Tropical Print Jumpsuit by Zara

You can find these fabulous pineapple heels at your local Zara. Unfortunately, they have officially sold out online, but I found them for a shocking $9.99 at the actual store!

Upon searching for pumpkin scented candles (crazy early, I know) I found these lovely shades for under $10. Oscar by Oscar De La Renta aviators.

What’s comical about this garment is that it was originally intended to be an intense cropped pant for the average height woman. I am just under under 5 ft, therefore this creates a full-length drape for me. This is usually how I search for pants.

And my beautiful little sister rocking this embroidered tulle top by Zara.

Her white skinny jeans were probably from WetSeal a few years ago. The block sandals are obviously mine (the shoe addict), by Forever 21.

A girly, light and bright look.

Sisters ready for the day.

April loves to hop on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the shade. Sometimes we forget where she is (outside) and find her propped up like this:
